composition allows quieter operation by reducing vibrations and

piece of Vinylbed for a straight or a curve. A slit down the center
or relief cuts are not required. The flexible vinyl granules squeeze
together on the inside of the curve and s-t-r-e-t-c-h on the
outside.
3DIMENSIONALLY STABLE4Temperature and humidity changes do
not effect the size of Vinylbed. Manufactured from unique weather
resistant materials, it can be used indoors or
outdoors.
3E-Z INSTALLATION4There is no sanding , filling of
grooves, or sealing necessary. Vinylbed can be fastened to benchwork
with: brads, nails, staples, white glue, yellow wood glue, hot glue,
or contact cement. It cuts easily with a sharp hobby or utility
knife.

multiple thicknesses to allow accurate modeling of all types of
trackage, from lightly ballasted sidings to heavier ballasted
mainlines and branchlines. 
3SUBVINYLBED ROADBED
SYSTEM4 Optional SubVinylbed can be used with
specific sizes of Vinylbed Scale products to form a roadbed system.
SubVinylbed simulates the roadway (sub-ballast) that elevates the
roadbed to allow for modeling prototypical drainage ditches and also
provide correct thickness and width for single or multiple tracks.

3 TOUGH AND
DURABLE4Vinylbed will not compress or
deflect from the weight of your trains. Paint thinner, latex
paint, or adhesives will not dissolve it. Popular methods
of ballasting apply.
3REUSABLE4Vinyl roadbed remains pliable and
can be re-used. Other materials like foam, uncured rubber, cork, and
homasote cannot. Vinylbed won't: shrink, swell, warp or
harden.
3CUSTOM MADE 4Vinylbed is cut to prototype dimensions
for scale tie track and proportional dimensions for tinplate and
hi-rail track. When your order is placed it is custom cut
to look just right with your brand of track.
